Dr. Samtani has over 18 years of experience with specialization in temporary and permanent retaining wall design, deep foundations, and ground improvement techniques.
To assure our clients of consistently high quality work, NCS implements a rigorous peer review program. Edward A. Nowatzki, PhD, PE, Professor Emeritus of the University of Arizona and an independent consultant with over 40 years of experience as a geotechnical engineer, is a Principal Engineer with NCS and responsible for peer review of its work.
